[MASSCOM] SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into markets for our innovative smart mobile devices. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness in new market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify and prioritize high-potential markets for our services
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for targeted markets, considering factors like competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
• Build strong relationships with potential distributors, carriers, and retailers in new markets. Negotiate and finalize contracts that are favorable to our company.
• Oversee the launch and ongoing marketing efforts for our mobile devices in assigned markets.
• Manage and develop relationships with key partner.
• Track and analyze market trends and competitor activity in assigned territories, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the mobile device industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing new markets for technology products.
• Excellent understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse partners
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
• Experience traveling internationally is preferred.
